How can I receive payments quickly using Fast Payment?

If you want to receive your payment faster, ProUnity provides a Fast Payment option. Your invoice will be paid within five business days, subject to a 3% fee of the total invoice amount.

There are 2 ways to activate Fast Payment depending on your situation:

a) You send your invoice through Peppol or via email:

1. Add a line stating: “I want to benefit from the Fast Payment option and I agree to the 3% fee”. 
2. Apply the 3% fee to your total invoice amount.

b) You create your invoice on the ProUnity Platform:

1. Create your invoice on the ProUnity platform.
   See the article: How to create an invoice.
2. Before submitting, navigate to the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Check the toggle: "Fast Payment"
   
    
4. Click Preview and verify the invoice.
5. Click Send invoice.

Once submitted, your invoice will be prioritised and processed within five business days.

You can choose to request Fast Payment for each invoice.
