Before generating an invoice on the ProUnity Platform, you must meet three specific conditions:
- You need to have the financial rights
- You are set up for online invoicing.
- You’ve sent your bank account details (Relevé d’Identité Bancaire) to: invoicing@pro-unity.com

Once the client has validated your consultant’s timesheet, you can create and submit your invoice directly via the ProUnity platform.
How to create and send your invoice:
- Log in to the ProUnity platform
- Go to the Invoicing section in the left-hand menu
- Click on the tab “Invoices to be created”
- Locate the relevant consultant and click “Invoice”
Complete the invoice form:
- Enter your own official invoice number
- (Optional) Add your Structured Communication
- Add the invoice date
- Verify your IBAN
- (Optional) Add a comment
- Download and review any linked documents
- Confirm your company and consultant details

→ ProUnity will process your invoice within 5 business days
→ A 3% fee will be deducted directly from your invoice.
Final steps:
- Click Preview to double-check all info
- Once all yellow fields are filled (including IBAN), click Send invoice
Notes:
- All rates on the platform are shown excluding VAT
- The amount on your invoice must match the details in your Statement of Work.
- The payment term starts once you have submitted your invoice.
