It is possible that your consultant's timesheets were approved in error. In such a scenario, you will need to:
- Contact us to create a new version of your timesheet and mention the client’s name in the subject.
- Modify the timesheet and send it to the client for approval.
- Once the client has approved the modified timesheet, you will have to
- Create a credit note (if you have already created an invoice)
- Create a new invoice based on the modified timesheet
To create a credit note, follow the instructions below.
- Log in to the platform.
- Click on ‘Ongoing – Missions’ in the menu on the left and select your candidate.
- Find the related consultant and click on ‘To do’
- Click on ‘Create credit note’ to access your consultant’s credit note draft.
- Add your credit note number on top.
- Click on ‘Preview’ to download, open, and verify the credit note draft.
- Click on ‘Send credit note’.
- Click on ‘Create invoice’ for the modified version of the timesheet.
