You can’t delete your account directly from the platform, but we’ll handle it for you if the conditions permit.
Steps to request account deletion:
- Reach out to our support team.

Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your company name
- Your VAT number
If you’d like, you can briefly explain why you’re leaving the platform. We would appreciate your feedback.
Important:
We cannot delete your account if you still have an active Statement of Work. Once all missions are closed, we can proceed with the deletion.
