Depending on how the timesheets are completed, ProUnity may need to set up a user account for your consultant. ProUnity will then contact you and request their email address. Then, we’ll send them an activation email to set up their account.
Here’s how the consultant logs in for the first time:
- Open the activation email from ProUnity.
- Click the link to set a password.
- Enter their email and password to access the dashboard.
Once logged in, the consultant will be able to complete their timesheets.
Did your consultant not receive the email?
- Ask your consultant to check their spam folder.
- If it’s not there, please contact us to confirm the email address you provided.
