If a user has left your company or no longer needs access, an Admin can remove or replace them.
Note:
If this user is also assigned as a mission manager for any proposed or active consultants, you’ll be asked to assign another user as a substitute. Make sure the substitute user has already been added to your list of users.
To delete or replace a user:
- Go to Settings > User list.
- Locate the user and click Delete.

Follow the steps to add and/or give Financial Right, if needed.
