Suppliers can propose consultants directly from the mobile app, making it faster and easier to manage applications.
Note: You can propose multiple candidates for the same job post. The number depends on the company configuration.
Steps to follow to propose a consultant:
Tap Jobs, and then search for the job to which you want to propose a candidate.
Tap the job name. The Job details window opens.
Tap "..." in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Tap Propose candidate. The Pick a consultant window opens.
Select the consultant you want to propose and tap Add.
Tap Start for the General step. The General step opens.
Select the checkbox to confirm that you have the approval to propose that consultant for the mission.
Enter the consultant’s daily rate, and select their availability.
Optionally, enter the consultant’s description.
In the CV (Curriculum Vitae) section, tap "Add document", and then select whether you want to take a photo, upload an existing photo, or upload an existing file to add the consultant’s CV.
Optional: In the Other important documents section, tap "Add document" to upload any other documents, such as diplomas.
Tap Save. The General step is marked as completed (v-icon).
Tap Start for the Screening step. The Language knowledge step opens.
Select the language knowledge level.
Optionally, tap Add comment to provide more details.
Tap Next. The Roles step opens.
Select the role level, then select the role's most recent usage time.
Optionally, tap Add comment to provide more details.
Tap Next. The Skills knowledge step opens.
Select the skill's level, and then select the last usage time for each skill.
Optionally, tap Add comment to provide more details.
Tap Save. The Screening step is marked as completed (v-icon).
Tap Submit application. The Submit application dialogue appears.
Select the confirmation checkbox, and then tap Yes, submit application. The proposed consultant appears on the My candidates tab on the Job details window.
