You can quickly sort and filter your missions in the ProUnity mobile app by status, helping you focus on what’s most relevant, like active missions or pending tasks.
Steps
Open the ProUnity mobile app
→ Tap More in the bottom menu.Choose either:
Individual Missions
Team Missions
Tap the sort icon next to the search icon
→ A filter menu appearsSelect the mission's status you want to view.
Options include:
All Active
Displays all missions that are currently active, whether they’ve started or not.Does not include ‘Closed’.
Not started yet
Shows missions that have been confirmed but haven’t officially begun.Useful if you’re preparing for upcoming missions for your consultants.
Ongoing
Shows missions that are already in progress.These are the ones your consultants (or yourself) are currently working on.
Expiring
Displays missions that are approaching their end date.A helpful view to anticipate handovers, renewals, or closures.
Closed
Lists missions that have been completed or formally closed.Ideal for archiving, follow-up, or invoice verification.
Closing
Shows missions that are in the final stages (e.g., timesheets still pending, final approvals due).Useful for final checks before closure.
Pending tasks
Highlights missions that require action from you, such as:Unsubmitted timesheets
Pending approvals
Unreviewed contracts
This view helps you focus on what needs immediate attention.
If departments are set up, you can also filter by Departments.
Tap Done
→ The list will update to show only missions with the selected status.
Tips and Notes
Filtering helps you stay focused, especially when managing multiple consultants or projects.
You can reset your filters to display all missions regardless of their status.
