If you do not receive the verification code when trying to log in to your ProUnity account, please check the following:
- Search your entire mailbox for emails from info@pro-unity.com.
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or any custom folders.
- Make sure no email rules or filters are automatically redirecting messages to another folder. Some emails may be filtered automatically, depending on your mailbox settings.
- If you still cannot find the verification code after these checks, please get in touch with our support team, who will be happy to assist you.
Note:
- You can add info@pro-unity.com to your contacts to avoid future emails from being filtered.
- A verification code is automatically sent each time you attempt to log in.
- Please be patient, as the code may take a few minutes to arrive.
