The ProUnity mobile app lets you quickly view and reply to client messages directly from the message center, so you never miss an important update.
Steps
From any screen, tap the message icon in the top-right corner.
The icon displays a badge with the number of unread messages.
Tap the message you want to read or reply to.
→ The entire conversation thread begins.You can filter messages to organize your view by selecting one of the following options:
All: Displays all your messages.
Unread: Shows only messages you haven’t read yet.
Active: Shows conversations that are currently happening.
Tips and Notes
You can reply directly in the app to stay connected on the go.
Use filters to sort messages that still need your attention.
