If the hours uploaded to the platform do not match the timesheet provided by the consultant, please do not create the invoice yet.
Here is what you should do if the timesheet hours do not match:
- Contact the support

Mention:
- The consultant's name
- The mission or project
- The period in question
- Why do the hours appear incorrect
ProUnity will investigate and, if necessary, open a new version for you or your consultant to make the necessary correction(s).
Once the customer approves the correct hours, you can create the new invoice.
If the timesheet is not submitted via the platform, the resolution for each case will depend on the client's specific process.
