Once the client selects your consultant for a mission, you’ll immediately receive an email notification. Shortly after, you’ll also be notified that a Statement of Work is ready for review. This document contains all mission-specific details and finalises the agreement between your company and ProUnity.
Only Admin users can sign a Statement of Work.
If you are a non-admin user, you can follow the steps but not sign. Please contact your company’s Admin user to complete the process.

To sign a Statement of Work:
- Go to your dashboard and find the Actions to be taken section
- Click Review and accept the contract
- You will see:
- The applicable daily rate and broker fee
- Your company's legal and invoicing information
→ If anything is incorrect, contact the support team.
- Download and review the following documents:
- Statement of Work
- ProUnity Terms of Use
- ProUnity Privacy Policy
- If anything does not conform to your expectations, you can refuse.
- If you agree with the documents, check the box next to ‘I have downloaded and I agree unambiguously with the contractual documents provided'
- Click Accept to sign the Statement of Work
No need to return a signed copy. Once accepted, the contract is legally valid.
