What is the difference between an Admin user and a Non-Admin user?

In our platform, Admin users (“Admin” role on the platform) and Non-Admin users (“User” role on the platform) have different rights:

• The Admin users are the only ones to have access to the Users list.
• Non-Admin users are only able to read and download the contract without the possibility of accepting and signing it;
• Non-Admin users are not able to present candidates for a mission if the Framework Agreement has not been signed by the Admin in first instance;
• Non-Admin users are not able to respond to a Request For Proposal (RFP) if it has not been signed by the Admin in first instance.
