The client has decided to start or to continue your consultant’s mission? Good news! You now need to sign the Statement of Work. You will find below the steps to sign a SOW contract through the ProUnity platform.
The Statement of Work (SOW) is a contract between a Supplier and a contracting party (ProUnity) that completes the contracts initially signed (the Framework Agreement, the ProUnity Terms of Use and the ProUnity Privacy Policy). It outlines mission-specific information, such as the description, the duration and the rate.
Please note that only Admin users are able to sign a contract. The non-admin Users are allowed to go through the steps without signing it as the acceptance button will be greyed out and followed by a sentence “Only admin users will be able to sign the FA or SOW document”. If you are a non-admin User, please make sure to do the follow-up by contacting the appropriate Admin user of your company. If needed, you can see the list of the Admin users’ emails by clicking on the icon “?” next to the greyed-out acceptance button.
As soon as a SOW has been sent by the client, you will be notified via email. To sign it, you will have to go to the platform where you will find it in your supplier dashboard, in the list “Actions to be taken”.
- Click on “review and sign the contract/extension”.
- A wizard will open with the agreed daily rate of your candidate. It will also mention if there is any broker fee and what the impact will be for you as a supplier.
- By clicking on the next page, please check the data related to your company. Ensure that your contracting data is correct, completed and valid as this information will be used to automatically generate the Statement of Work between the supplier and ProUnity. If it isn’t, please reach out to us at info@pro-unity.com.
- Download our Statement Of Work, ProUnity Terms of Use and ProUnity Privacy Policy.
- Confirm you have downloaded those documents, then click on “Accept”.
Now that the Statement Of Work has been signed, you have also accepted all the contracting terms. There is no need to return a countersigned contract to ProUnity or to your client.
